UC Merced Environmental Impact Report Data Collection

In 2004, Mr. Rousey led the technology team to develop a system utilizing Internet enabled cellular phones to input data collected in the field. This system allowed real-time reporting on data collected, and eliminated the need for duplicate data collection and entry.

This was one of the first cellular data collection systems ever built.
